1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.
  • The item is returned in the same condition as delivered.

Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Items returned without original packaging and tags.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with:

  • Order Number
  • Customer Name
  • Product Details
  • Reason for Return
  • Images of the product (if damaged or defective)

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account details for refund processing.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defects

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund after verification.

7. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), return shipping charges will be covered by Boxerise.
  • For all other eligible returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the return process will apply instead.
